God gives each of us different gifts to use in his service. This team uses their skills and abilities in the maintenance of the building and oversight of financials.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- identify the maintenance needs of the church property and respond to problems and concerns as they arise
- supervise and carry out building and property improvements
- schedule the use of the building, including the establishment of appropriate fees and rental charges
- oversee all insurance matters and inspections which may be required
- review the treasurer’s report and manage investments
- purchase materials related to the maintenance of the facility
